Terms of Service for Syro (Tribe Media LLC) - Empowering brands with AI-driven digital marketing tools.
By accessing and using the services provided by Syro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Syro offers AI-powered tools designed to create digital marketing products such as short-form scripts, 3D mockups, and fully branded training programs. These services are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this TOS.
3.1 License
Syro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to compliance with these TOS.
3.2 Lawful Use
You agree to use Syro's services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit others' use and enjoyment of the services.
3.3 Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the service for any illegal purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the services.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the service.
Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the service.
4.1 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or display while using Syro's services, including ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and does not violate any third-party rights.
4.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, communicate, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is:Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.Infringing on intellectual property rights or containing unsolicited advertising.
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership rights to the content you create or upload. By using Syro's services, you grant Tribe Media LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
5.2 Syro Intellectual Property
Syro retains ownership of all rights to its software, applications, designs, and all related intellectual property used in providing the services. Users are granted no ownership rights over these assets.
Syro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of a breach of these TOS.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Syro makes no guarantees that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific needs.
The services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to be used by minors may be terminated immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
You agree that you are responsible for any misuse of the services that results in harm to others or to Syro. Misuse may result in the suspension of your account and potential legal action if deemed necessary.
Syro reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated TOS.
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syro (Tribe Media LLC) is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting Syro's customer support at info@syro.ai.
13.2 Arbitration
Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Tribe Media LLC is registered. You agree to waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
If any provision of these TOS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
