All Sales Are Final.
All products and services purchased through Syro are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:Dissatisfaction with the service or productAccidental purchasesChanges in personal or financial circumstancesLack of usage of the product or service
1.1 Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are final. Monthly or annual charges will not be refunded once processed.
1.2 Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as a documented technical failure that prevents service usage, Syro may, at its sole discretion, consider providing a credit or prorated refund. All such claims must be submitted to support within seven (7) days of the incident.
2.1 Cancellation Rights
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. There is no requirement to provide a reason for cancellation, and the process can be completed directly via the user dashboard.
2.2 How to Cancel

2.3 Service Access Post-Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services for the duration of the current billing cycle. There will be no further charges, and all features will remain available until the plan expires.
2.4 Billing After Cancellation
Once cancellation is confirmed, no future subscription payments will be processed. However, any past due amounts or failed payments prior to cancellation must be resolved.
3.1 Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the lower-tier service will take effect after the current billing period ends. There will be no partial refunds for downgrades.
3.2 Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge on your payment method, your subscription may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute. Any costs associated with dispute resolution may be charged to you.
4.1 Data Management Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account data will typically be retained for a period of 90 days, during which you may reactivate your account without losing any data. However, Syro reserves the right to delete your data at any time following cancellation. If you wish to request the immediate deletion of your data in line with applicable privacy laws, please contact us at support@syro.ai.
4.2 Data Access
Data stored in your account will be available for you to download during the subscription period. Once your subscription is cancelled and the billing cycle ends, access to this data may be restricted.
5.1 Modifications to the Subscription
We reserve the right to make modifications to the subscription services, including changes to features, pricing, or availability. Any changes will be effective upon your renewal or subscription upgrade/downgrade.

This Refund Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tribe Media LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9.1 Liability for Refunds
Syro shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products and services, even if notified of the possibility of such damages.Our liability for any claim relating to a paid subscription shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the previous billing cycle.
If any part of this Refund Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
